The Formosa Gardens communities are closer to Disney than any others and have a mall with shops, restaurants and a supermarket only a mile away. We are also perfectly situated for other Orlando attractions and all transport links.

 Formosa Gardens Village is situated at the Windsor Palms turn-off of the 192. It has a large supermarket, shops and numerous restaurants (including Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster and Taste of China). They all do take-out and many deliver, too. The famous Ponderosa steakhouse and all-you-can-eat buffet is a couple of minutes away - it's a great way to fuel up before a day at the parks.


Celebration

Disney is less than 10 minutes away by car - no other villa community is closer to the magic! The Disney inspired town, Celebration, is also nearby and well worth a look for its’ old town feel and range of shops and restaurants.

The main road, the 192, is lined with shopping and dining options to suit all budgets, as well as being a gateway to a number of popular Orlando attractions.

From Orlando International Airport:

  1. Take the South exit out of the airport and follow signs towards Kissimmee and Highway 417.
  2. Turn right onto Highway 417 (the Greenway) heading south towards Tampa and Disney Attractions.
  3. Take the Celebration/US 192 exit number 3 towards Celebration
  4. Turn on to US 192 - you will be headed west.
  5. Go to Formosa Garden Blvd. near mile marker #5.
  6. Turn left at Formosa Gardens Blvd.
  7. Follow the road for half a mile; after the stop sign the road changes to Sand Hill Road.
  8. Go straight for 1 mile and Windsor Palms is on the right (Canary Island Blvd).

From Interstate 4:

  1. Exit 64 at US192 interchange to Hwy 192 West.
  2. Travel west on 192 for approx 6 miles passing Disney on the right.
  3. Just after mile marker 5 turn left into Formosa Gardens Blvd.
  4. Drive approx 2.2miles (road merges into Sand Hill Road) and Windsor Palms is on right (Canary Island Blvd)

From Florida Turnpike coming from the North:

  1. Exit at 267A- Toll429/Western Beltway
  2. Take 429 south to Exit 6 - US192/Kissimmee
  3. Turn left onto 192 and drive approx 1 mile.
  4. Just after mile marker 4 turn right into Formosa Gardens Blvd.   
  5. Drive approx 2.2miles (road merges into Sand Hill Road) and Windsor Palms is on right (Canary Island Blvd)
